Nous sommes réellement déçus de notre séjour à l'hôtel Serras. La piscine est petite et sale. Au vu de la qualité du petit déjeuner et de son personnel, nous sommes partis ailleurs déjeuner. Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles ! :(
la publicité que donne booking com sur l'hôtel est totalement erronée. Pas de vue sur la mer. Une piscine sale et petite et un personnel peu formé. Une qualité du petit déjeuner médiocre, nous sommes partis ailleurs déjeuner. Nous avons même ! Annulé notre réservation au restaurant ! Grosse déception.

« Hôtel choisi car en front de mer, quelle déception qu’une chambre borgne ! »
Situation en face du port, au pied du bari gothic. Excellent accueil, tout le personnel est fort aimable et prévenant. Délicates attentions dans la chambre, douceurs, cava. On apprécie l’effort écologique : cartes d’accès en bambou et climatisation coupée dans les communs. Très belle vue de la terrasse le soir. Chambre confortable et très bien équipée, éclairages doux. Salle de bain bien agencée, fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner servi sur table, excellents produits. Nous n’avons pas testé le bar.
Nous avions demandé un étage élevé, ce qui a été honoré, et une vue sur le port: en fait nous avions une exécrable vue sur l’immeuble en face, à 2m maximum. Normalement, quand une demande de ce type ne peut pas être honorée, l’établissement le signale via Booking et on choisit un surclassement, où bien on change d’hôtel en cas d’indisponibilité… Pourtant ce n’est pas faute de nous avoir adressé moult messages, c’est franchement très dommage ! Français non parlé. Chambre très petite, pas de place pour les bagages une fois ouverts. WC non séparés. Piscine ridiculement petite.
